My First Miniatures (69th British Line Infantry)

So at last i finished painting my first ever miniatures, they are Perry's 28mm British Napoleonic Line Infantry 1808-1815. They are very well made figures and don't require too much assembly.

Anyway i painted them as the 69th South Lincolnshire regiment during the 100 days campaign,
here are the results:

Worth mentioning is that the 69th fought at Quatre-Bras were they took heavy losses because two companies didn't form a square against Kellerman's charging cuirassiers. These two companies were almost annihilated, the two other companies who managed to form a square defended well but were eventually forced to take refuge in the squares of other regiments.
During this attack the french cuirassiers seized the 69th Kings Colors. The loss was attributed to the Prince of Orange who had overruled the order to form square, leaving the 69th exposed to the french heavy cavalry.
I'm fairly happy with the results but i would like to improve so any tips/suggestions are most welcome:)
Ps: Next time i'll take the pictures on a white background:)
